At Freextop, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. To back this promise, we offer a one-year warranty on all of our products, covering manufacturing defects and issues that arise under normal use. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage, process, and terms of the warranty for all eligible products.

Warranty Coverage

Our one-year warranty covers manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:

  • Defects in Materials: Any flaw or imperfection in the materials used to make the product.

  • Defects in Workmanship: Any issues with how the product was assembled or constructed.

  • Functional Issues: Products that fail to perform as expected due to defects in design or manufacturing.

Please Note: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Accidental Damage: Damage caused by misuse, drops, impacts, or accidents.

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Items that degrade over time due to regular use, such as minor scratches, fading, or discoloration.

  • Improper Care: Damage caused by improper cleaning, storage, or failure to follow care instructions provided by Freextop.

  • Third-Party Modifications: Products altered or repaired by someone other than our authorized service team.

  • Cosmetic Damage: Damage that does not affect the functionality of the product (e.g., minor scuffs or scratches).

How to Claim Warranty

If your product develops a defect within the one-year warranty period, please follow these steps to initiate a claim:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at contact@youtopix.xyz or call 918-716-2264. Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the defect.

  2. Review and Assessment: Our team will assess your claim to determine if the issue is covered under warranty. We may ask for additional information to clarify the defect.

  3. Return Process: If your claim is approved, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions for returning the product. Ensure that the item is securely packed to prevent further damage during return shipping.

  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm the defect. We will then notify you of the outcome within 7–10 business days.

Warranty Repairs and Replacements

If your product qualifies for warranty service, we will offer one of the following options:

  • Repair: We will repair the defective product at no cost to you.

  • Replacement: If the item cannot be repaired, we will replace it with the same or a similar product of equal value. If the original product is out of stock or discontinued, we will offer a comparable alternative or a full refund.

  • Refund: If neither repair nor replacement is possible, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. If a repair or replacement is needed, the warranty period for the repaired or replaced item will continue from the original purchase date, not from the date of the repair or replacement.

How to Extend Product Lifespan

To ensure that your product lasts longer, we recommend following the care instructions provided with your purchase. Proper handling, storage, and cleaning will help prevent damage and maintain the performance of your product.

Limitations of Liability

The warranty is your exclusive remedy, and Freextop’s liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of defective products. In no event will Freextop be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or any other loss arising from the use of our products.
