At Freextop, we are dedicated to providing the best possible customer experience. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges in line with the following terms. Please review the policy below before making a return or exchange request.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return items purchased from Freextop within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when it was received.

The item is in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories (if applicable) still attached.

The item was purchased directly from Freextop (not through third-party sellers or marketplaces).

The item is not marked as non-returnable or final sale (e.g., personalized items, hygiene products, or clearance items).
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us:
Reach out to our customer service team via email at contact@youtopix.xyz or call 918-716-2264. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. -
Return Authorization:
We will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with detailed return instructions. -
Prepare the Return:
Securely package the item(s) for return, including the RMA number and any necessary paperwork. -
Ship the Item:
Send the return package to the provided return address. Please note, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
Conditions for Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note the following:

Refunds will be issued for the price of the item(s) returned, excluding shipping fees (unless the return was due to an error on our part).

For partial returns (e.g., if you purchased multiple items), only the returned items will be refunded.

If you purchased using a gift card, the refund will be credited back to the same gift card or account used.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@youtopix.xyz. You may be eligible for a full refund or replacement, and we will cover the cost of return shipping. To expedite the process, please provide clear photos of the damage or defect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Items marked as final sale or clearance.

Personalized or customized products.

Hygiene products, such as face masks or earrings.

Gift cards.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period, please check your bank account or credit card statement. If the refund still isn’t visible, please contact your bank or card issuer. If the issue persists, reach out to our customer service team at contact@youtopix.xyz.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
