1. Return/Exchange Period

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.


2. Eligible Conditions

We accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Product defects due to manufacturing (e.g. tears, stitching issues, print errors)

  • Wrong item, size, or color delivered

  • Item damaged during shipping


3. Ineligible Cases

We do not accept returns/exchanges if:

  • The item has been used, stained, or has unusual odors

  • The request is made after the 7-day return window

  • The product is part of a clearance or flash sale (clearly stated in product description)


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the error is from FreeXtop or the manufacturer, we will cover all shipping costs.

  • If you’re exchanging for personal reasons (e.g. size/color change), the customer covers both-way shipping fees.
